Summer Smoothie

When the sun comes out and the temperature rises, I like to keep cool. Not only that, warm weather brings the desire to drink healthy and cool beverages.


So today, I'm giving you the recipe for a super yummy summery smoothie!

You can choose to use frozen or unfrozen fruits.

I chose unfrozen (but always make sure to store the fruits in the fridge at least, as they spoil quicker when left out in warm weather).


Alright, here we go!


What you’ll need (2 servings):


200ml of milk (any you like, I chose vanilla almond)

4 strawberries

1 orange

1 kiwi

1 banana

6 mint leaves

1 tsp of honey (optional, if you want more sweetness)


Pour the milk in the blender.

Cut up all the ingredients and add them to the milk.

Add 4 mint leaves to the blender, reserve the other 2 for garnish.

Mix thoroughly and put the mixture in the fridge.

Serve cool.
