No-Bake Oreo & Nutella Cream Pie

Oreos and Nutella on their own are just YUM!

But, pairing them together brings about a whole new realm of deliciousness.

So today I wanted to share my new recipe with you.

This one is packed with about 1000000 calories. But who cares? It's summer, live a little!

I know I am ;)

What you’ll need:

- 24cm pie plate

- About 35 Oreos

- 500gr Mascarpone

- 200gr sugar

- 50gr melted butter

- 3 eggs

- 3 tbsp Nutella

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps :

Crush 30 oreos in a food processor until it becomes almost powder-like.

Add the melted butter. Mix and press into your pie plate to form a crust.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Separate your eggs and beat your whites until stiff peaks form and you can .

Whisk the yolks, sugar, vanilla extract and mascarpone together until it becomes a smooth and creamy mixture.

Add the Nutella and whisk again.

Now, gently fold in the egg whites, mixing smoothly.

Pour the mixture onto the Oreo crust, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 4h.

Crush the remaining oreos into medium-sized bits and put all over the top for decoration.
