Easy Thai Chicken

What you’ll need (2-3 people):


  • 2 whole chicken thighs

  • 2 tbsp thai seasoning

  • 1 tbsp coriander (extra)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp dried pepper flakes



Preheat your oven at 200 degrees C.

In a large bowl, pour all the ingredients over the chicken and mix in with hands until fully recovered.

Cut the 1/2 onion and place over the chicken (optional!)

Put in an pan or heat-resistant dish and place in the oven. Bake for about 45mins.

Eat warm!


P.S.: about 20mins in, add frozen veggies (any you like) to the dish and let cook for about 20-30mins more.

P.P.S.: You’re welcome to add an additional side if you like, but it tastes amazing just the way it is!
